Order Process 訂購處理

The order may be cancelled if the order information and payment is incomplete.

Customer shall pay in full within 3 days after the order placed. The customer can pay via bank deposit, FPS, Payme, etc. (Other payment methods will be introduced later.)  if the payment cannot confirm within 3 days then the order will be cancelled. Customer shall provide pay-in-slip or proof of payment when the payment is made.

If the payment is rejected from bank or any other reason that the payment cannot be fulfilled then order will be cancelled. 

交易過程中,如沒有完成輸入資料及付款,交易可能會被取消。

顧客需於落單後3天內付全數產品款項,如選擇銀行轉帳、轉數快、Payme ,必須附上有效收據或螢幕擷取確認交易完成。如3天內未收到全數款項,本店視作棄單。

倘若因顧客所使用的信用咭導致之付款問題或任何其他原因,我們有權拒絕接受該訂單。
